What works now

Start Application
Guided overview before a homeowner begins.
Step 1–4 wizard
Property, project, documents/checklist, and final review.
Fake submission
Submit creates a fake application ID and confirmation page.
Dashboard updates
Submitted application appears on the homeowner dashboard.
Submission detail page
Homeowner can open the submitted record and see timeline/status.

Suggested click path

  1. Open the homeowner dashboard.
  2. Click Start Application.
  3. Click Begin New Application.
  4. Walk through all four steps.
  5. Submit the fake application.
  6. View the confirmation screen and the submitted record.
Note: This is still static HTML. There is no backend, login, file storage, or real workflow engine — but the end-to-end homeowner experience is now simulated.
